i almost forgot - carlos pena, from guatemala, won latin american idol. the town, state, and country are going crazy. we watched the final last friday in the bar, and once the winner was announced, everyone started shouting ´guate.´ people have written his victory everywhere, and people are asking for his haircut in the salons (though pati says that he is feo).
